  • When you select the “Upper Shoe” section, the numbers represent each area of the upper that is customizable. Scroll to see all the numbers.
  • Once you select a section or area, you can choose a material and/or color.
  • The bottom bar contains the back arrow (mobile only), PDF conversion, and share feature.
  • Mobile: Remember to press the “back arrow” after making a material or color selection.
  • You can also select sections or move the image with your finger or mouse.
  • The cube activates the AR experience in mobile only.

Do we charge in different currencies?

No, these $, €, and ¥ prices are calculated daily from the current exchange rates and are approximate only. The final price is fixed and will be charged in $. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.


Should I include my phone number when ordering?

Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders, including PayPal and PayPal express. The carrier needs this in case of any difficulty finding an address. Failure on providing a contact number could result in a severe delay of your delivery.


Can I order over the phone?

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver within 4-7 working days approximately (Mon-Fri) in the US, and 5-10 days worldwide. Orders placed after 1pm may take an extra day's delivery. Please note, during busy periods, such as sales and Christmas, US delivery may take between 6-10 days and for worldwide shipping 12-17 days.

Custom shoes can take up to 30 days or more to deliver.


When will I know my order has been shipped?

As soon as you receive a 'Dispatch Confirmation' email from us with your tracking number, your shipment has left our warehouse. Please note, all shipments are collected around 4pm Pacific Standard Time (PST - US) time, so no tracking numbers will show movement on the DHL or UPS website before 4pm PST.


Can I change my order once it's placed?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch.


Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the additional cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you place an order, so you are not surprised by the additional costs.
